Directions

From Midlands / London & M27 Westbound

• Take the A34/M3 South then join the M27 at junction 14/4 signposted to the West/Southampton;
• Follow the M27 West onto the A31 towards Ringwood (M27 turns into A31);
• Just after Ringwood at the large intersection turn left joining A338 - signposted Bournemouth and the airport (also called Ringwood-Bournemouth Spur Road);
• Take the left exit onto the A3060 signposted to Royal Bournemouth General Hospital/Wimbourne;
• At the Cooper Dean Roundabout turn left onto Castle Lane East signposted to Royal Bournemouth General Hospital/Boscombe and Southbourne;
• Continue for approx. one mile until you reach a roundabout (Iford Lane) then turn right into Christchurch Road/A35;
• After approx. one mile at the Seabourne Pub traffic lights (just before Pokesdown Train Station) turn left into Seabourne Road;
• Follow Seabourne Road, which becomes Southbourne Grove, for about ½ a mile;
• Look for Boot’s chemist on the left hand side and Barclays Bank/Slades Estate Agents on the right hand corner and turn right into Grand Avenue.  Beach Lodge is on the right at the sea end, No 61.

Directions from Bournemouth Airport
•  On leaving the airport turn left at the T-junction signposted Bournemouth and Christchurch/A338;
•  At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bournemouth and Christchurch/A338;
•  Go straight across the first set of traffic lights then turn left at second set towards Bournemouth/A338;
•  Take the left exit onto the A3060 signposted to Royal Bournemouth General Hospital/Wimbourne;

Pokesdown Train Station
Pokesdown Train Station is approx. 1 mile from Beach Lodge and is within walking distance if you're feeling energetic; alternatively you can get a taxi.

Bournemouth Travel Interchange
Bournemouth Train Station and the Travel Interchange are approx. 2 miles from Beach Lodge.

Taxis:On exiting the train station the taxi rank is immediately in front of you.
Buses:Get the 28a or 28b from the station to Boscombe Bus Station there you will have to change and get 1b or 1c to Pokesdown and Southbourne.
