2012 Tariff

Deposits:  All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit of £25.00
per adult is required for the nightly tariff and a deposit of £50.00
per adult per week/s for the weekly tariff.

All child rates are based on a child or children sharing a room with two adults.

If only one adult accompanies the child or children the 1st child pays the adult tariff.

For the use of a Beach Lodge travel cot & linen a charge of £5 is made for 1~3 nights and £8 for 4~7 nights. Check availability when booking.

Minimum Stays

Easter Holiday Three nights | Bank Holidays & High Season Two nights Except for last minute availability!

Beach Lodge is closed over Christmas and New Year. 

Cancellation

Prior to Arrival:  Reservations must be cancelled 10 days in advance of arrival and confirmed in writing. If less than 10 days notice is given we will attempt to re-let the room/s. Unfortunately, if we are unsuccessful you will be liable for payment for the room/s at 75% of the final bill minus your deposit.

For reservations made within 10 days of arrival and then cancelled, we will try to re-let the room/s but due to such short notice this may not be possible. Therefore if we are unsuccessful you will have to pay for the room/s in full.

Non-Arrival and Curtailment of Stay:  In the event of non-arrival or the visit being abandoned after arrival no refund is possible and the outstanding cost of the stay as booked remains payable.

By Beach Lodge:  If in the unlikely event we have to change or cancel the reservation we reserve the right to do so.  If this situation does unfortunately arise you can: 1) accept the change as advised; 2) make an alternative arrangement with us, or 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

We are unable to judge the reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival of guests therefore we kindly remind you that any booking made with Beach Lodge (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract - as a result we strongly recommend appropriate insurance.

Booking Conditions

Arrival:  Rooms are available between 3pm - 6pm.  Keys can be collected and luggage left earlier by prior arrangement.
Departure:  Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am.
